Throughout his journey, he has collaborated with professionals from India, the USA, UK, Germany, and China, managing global teams and projects through offices located in these regions. 

He currently serves as Director at E-MUG Engineering Services Pvt. Ltd., Citius Solutions Pvt. Ltd., E-Tribe AB, and Arudra Consulting Pvt. Ltd., playing a key role in shaping the strategic and operational direction of these companies. A Mechanical Engineer by qualification, he specializes in Dimensional Management and has trained over 100 engineers in this domain as well as in Tool Design, building a strong knowledge base within the organizations he leads. 

His responsibilities include overseeing complete operations across all group companies and leading the Supply Chain Management team to ensure seamless execution and value delivery. His industry focus lies in engineering staffing and design services catering to Automotive, Heavy Engineering, Oil & Gas, and Appliances sectors. Ltd., he has successfully led engineering teams, managed key client relationships, and driven business development initiatives. 

His leadership has been instrumental in fostering innovation, enhancing operational efficiency, and streamlining design processes through automation. By aligning organizational goals with client expectations, he has ensured that both technical and business deliverables are achieved with precision and consistency.
